By way of Solomonia, the French Newspaper, Charlie Hebdo, won a court case that involved a suit over its printing of the famed (dare thee click?) “Mohamed cartoons” last year.
Finland had its own controversy concerning the publication of the Mohamed cartoons, which saw three men from the nationalist Suomen Sisu website being put under investigation for supposedly committing the same “offence”. Dhimmi Watch also posted on it here. Finland even saw one editor getting the sack for publishing other cartoons of the Muslim’s prophet.
The subsequent investigation by the Finnish police found that (surprise surprise) there had been no offence committed, and as Solomon said, “French Paper Wins Lawsuit that Never Should Have Been Brought“. I agree. *L* KGS
