16 Days To An Iranian Nuke…….

At least that is in theory, the amount of time needed to produce weapons-grade uranium with the use of over 50 000 centrifuges.

“Iran will move to “industrial scale” uranium enrichment involving 54,000 centrifuges at its Natanz plant, the Associated Press quoted deputy nuclear chief Mohammad Saeedi as telling state-run television today.”

This of course is a worst case scenario, and no one actually believes that the Iranians will have weapons-grade material any time this month. But it does ‘sharpen the senses’ to the urgency of the situation, ‘high lighting’ the need for serious action by the international community against the Iranian theocracy. Countless negotiations have ended in failure, with even the Russians as well as the Chinese denouncing the recent Iranian achievement of enriched uranium. More ‘negotiations’ without the threat of serious consequences by a united international community, will only serve to embolden the Mullahs even further along the road to an eventual Shii’a nuclear weapon. How that scenario would serve in the world’s best interests, has not been defended by anyone, not even by Iran. Read more. KGS
